I ordered the wipe box bundle: the aesthetic and quality of the products and the packaging is just beautiful, I am really impressed and unpacking this bundle was such a delight. Unfortunately, the wet-bag zip was faulty and I contacted customer services to notify and receive a prompt email and a replacement wet-bag promptly afterwards with an extra thank you gift - what a beautiful gesture.

Got this as a gift for my baby shower, absolutely loved it however after 4 weeks of using it, the elastic seal broke which has made the box lid always fall off when pulling wipes out.
